Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The secure online provider for credit cards is now called Sage (ex Protx)

Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order for 7 days from the date the order was placed. This does not apply to bespoke items such as massage couches which are specifically made to order. your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days although we aim to dispatch all stock orders within 2 business days. If there is going to be any delay in sending your order we will contact you to let you know. We will give you an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. If you need items urgently please email us at the time of placing an order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we can back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
