These are also known as positive energy plates and have been used by people for many years. They generate universal energy and can be used for healing, energising food and water and for meditation. Meditation timers are pyramids made in natural wood with a timing mechanism inside. The mechanism makes a gentle gong like sound at intervals which you can set.
