Himalayan
Salt has over 84 minerals and is known for its remineralisation
effect for those that take it.This salt has been mined carefully
to avoid any contamination and is pure and clean. Store in an
airtight jar.
It can be
eaten by sprinkling on food. It can be used in baths. It can
be taken as a Sole.. instructions below.
Making
Sole (So-Lay)
Sole is
basically a mixture of salt and water that can remineralise
and rehydrate the body if taken on a regular basis alongside
drinking a few glasses of water throughout the day.
1. Place
several spoonfuls Himalayan Crystal Salt into a glass container
(like a Kilner jar) and add high quality water until full.
2. After
approximately 24 hours, look to see if the salt crystals have
completely dissolved. If so, add a few more crystals. When the
water can no longer dissolve any more salt, the salt crystals
will sit at the bottom of the jar without dissolving. At this
point the solution becomes saturated at 26%, which is now ready
for consumption.
3. Take
1 teaspoon of the 26% solution in a glass of water every morning
before breakfast or whenever convenient.
4 Continue
to add more salt whenever the crystals are no longer visible
at the bottom of the jar.
5 Continue
to top up with water when necessary.
6 Always
drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.
7 Remember
that tea and coffee are dehydrating and should be counted as
a minus. More tea and coffee..more water.
The
Crystaline structure of Himalayan Salt
The structure
of Himalayan salt is beautiful to look at. When we drink this
salt or put it on our food we are taking in the energy that
is inherent in that form. Ordinary table salt has no regular
structure and has been proven to be harmful when eaten. Seasalt
which is well known as an alternative salt to eat may now be
polluted as the seas and fish are heavily contaminated. Himalayan
salt is ancient and is mined from deep down where no pollution
was present at the time it was formed.
