Capsule Filler - Cap-M-Quik

The Cap-M-Quik capsule filler makes capsules in batches of 50. The capsules that come with the filler (and can be bought separately) are not suitable for liquids. The capsules (size 0) themselves are made of plant fibres and are suitable for vegans.
Taking herbs in capsules is preferred by many people as it avoids having to experience the taste of the herb. Prices and ordering of Capsule Fillers and Empty Veg Capsules How to Use the Cap-M-Quik Capsule Filler
Capsule filler raised	The end pieces are turned to raise the the centre plastic piece to form a table. The capsules with their caps removed are placed into holes in the filler. The top of the capsules are level with the table.
Tamper	The powdered herb is then poured onto the capsule filler and the plastic spreader is used to push it over each capsule. The tamper (left) presses the powder into each capsule allowing more to be put in for complete filling.
Capsule filler lowered	This process is repeated until the capsules are full. The end pieces of the capsule filler are turned to lower the table. The ends of the capsules are exposed so that the end caps can be easily replaced on each filled capsule.

	2 The capsule filler in the raised position with the fifty opened capsules placed in the holes.
	3 The spreader is being used to fill the capsules. The table of the Cap-M-Quik is still in the raised position.
	4 The tamper(which comes with the Cap m Quik) is poised over the capsules ready to be lowered to push the powder down into each capsule. If a tamper is not used the capsules will only be partially filled.
	5 The Cap-M-Quik spacers have been turned to lower the table and expose the tops of the capsules. The lids are being fitted to the filled capsules which are then lifted out of the filler.
