The Blue Sun Chinese Asparagus root is GAP approved and grown without chemicals. It is available in whole pieces and ranges from £6.99 for a 100g to £39.99 for a kg. It is also available as a tincture for £3.99 for 30ml. The Chinese name for Asparagus Root is Tian Men Dong. Many parts of the plant are used throughout the world but it is mainly the roots and the seeds that are used medicinally. Above is a picture of the asparagus fern tops. The picture below shows the prepared asparagus root.

The Asparagus root is soft and chewy with a mild pleasant taste.
