This hand operated capsule filling machine produces batches of 50 size O capsules. It comes with a tamper to ensure complete filling of each capsule and a spreader to distribute the powder. Capsules can also be bought separately (see below). Size O capsules are about 22mm long and 6mm diameter (just under 1 inch x 1/4 inch.
Operation is straight forward. The pieces at each end of the Cap-M-quik are turned to raise the table level with the top of each capsule. Capsules with their caps removed are placed in the filler. Powder is then poured on, spread into each capsule and tamped down until the capsules are full. The table is then lowered and the caps replaced in the filled capsules. In return for your time the Cap-M-Quik filler can allow you to produce cheap capsules using our bulk herbs.
